Cancellations and No shows policy

I totally understand that life can be hectic and plans can change - that's okay.

All I ask is that you please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a 50% charge.
  • 100% charge for same day cancellations or no-shows.

This also applies if you cancel part of your booking.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals will be monitored, and I may need to remove repeat offenders from my client list.

Every appointment is booked with a specific time slot, so please give 48 hours notice if you need to change any treatments.

My home space

As I work from my family home, I kindly ask that no videos or photos are taken inside or outside my home for personal use or social media content.

Photos of your treatment results (like brows, lashes, or waxing) are absolutely fine - just please make sure the background doesn't include my home.

Thank you so much for understanding - it really helps me keep my home comfortable for both my family and clients.

Contact policy

For all appointment-related matters, please contact me by text message only on: 07700 329559.

Messages sent via social media, WhatsApp, or email may not be seen promptly. Texting ensures your message is received and responded to as quickly as possible.

Bringing children

I completely understand that childcare isn't always possible - I'm in the same boat myself - so little ones are very welcome. I just ask, where possible, that:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, please avoid bringing snacks or food into the treatment room.
  • If you'd feel more comfortable, I can set up the room divider when your/my child is with us during your treatment.
  • Please be aware that it can be difficult to supervise your child while you’re having your treatment. There’s a TV and some toys available to help keep them entertained, but if it's easier, I’m always happy to arrange an appointment time when you can come child-free and fully relax.

Thank you
