MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

A light massage that helps promote the movement and flow of lymphatic fluid.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE MASSAGE

Consists of applying deep pressure on targeted areas of connective tissue (fascia) that surround your muscles and bones until its released.

Modern version of the traditional glass cups, Bellabaci relieves pain and detoxify the body, can cause bruising.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Using a pregnancy bolster which allows the client to safely lay on her front, this massage can be done for a maximum of 60 mins and after the 1st trimester.

Involves applying firm pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles and connective tissues.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Shoulders and neck massage to stretch, to relieve any stress and tension. The scalp is then massaged along the pressure points on the head and face depending on length of treatment.

WINTER ESCAPE

Full body hot stones, hot towels, face mask, massage, focusing on hands, feet and face.
As this is a 90mins treatment which needs another extra half hour on each end, to prepare and tidy, I recommend this is booked in advance.

AUTUMN WARMER

Back scrub using Hot towels, followed by a Myofascial release back massage using DoTerra aromatherapy oils, then a head massage and finishing with a face cleanse and a lift.

Involves placing a hollow candle in the external ear, the candle is burnt slowly until a brown waxy substance and a mixture of ear wax is left in the candle stub.
